is starting to do odd things lately. I would go to the doctor, but unfortunately I do not currently have health insurance or the money to pay for a visit.
, and small almost pin-sized white bumps underneath the skin. I used to think that these were all hair follicles of sorts, but not all of them are producing pubic hairs. There's not an itch or anything, though from time to time my shaft will have a slight itch- usually after a warm shower.
I also just noticed red, streaky veins on my scrotum, not sure if that's normal or not.
About a month ago I got a cold sore on my bottom lip, and from time to time (usually cold season) I'll get a canker sore on the side or front of my tongue.
I've had some other ailments as well, I'm not sure if they're related at all. I've noticed some weight fluctuation this past year (increase/sickness/loss), and about three months ago I had (what I think was) a stomach ulcer. I was laid out for a good two weeks barely eating. Recently I see that my appetite comes and goes, which I would try to accredit to a not completely healed ulcer?
Also, I am an easy sweater. If there's slight humidity, or heat, I'll usually start perspiring.
Right now I'm getting over what I believe is a cold- sinuses, coughing, chest congestion, migrane (migraine), and on the first night I had rapid night hot/cold sweats where it felt like my body was fluctuating temperatures every couple of minutes. I had that same feeling when I was laid out with my stomach thing.
Well, that's about it I believe. I hope you guys can help! Let me know if you have any questions.
Thank-you in advance!
Hello,
Without external examination it is very difficult to confirm a diagnosis, but the various possibilities for your symptoms are folliculitis(might only be felt as small lumps in the skin commonly with a hair arising from centre) , Fordyce spots (small (1-5mm) bright red or purple papules that can appear on the penis and usually effect younger men), sweat dermatitis or contact dermatitis(appear as red small lumps with itching or burning) or small warts if you are sexually active. I sincerely advise you to consult a dermatologist and get yourself evaluated for these possibilities. Till then, you should keep the area clean, wear lose comfortable clothes to avoid sweating, use a powder to keep the area dry and use calamine lotion at the sites. Oral antihistamine medications would help if the lesions are itchy.
I hope it helps. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
