Penis Rash

I was wondering what could cause my penis rash (looks more like an allergic reaction). Each time I have sexual intercourse with my girlfriend I notice small "pimples" on my penis head. I have been tested - for STD, and she has as well. We do not use condoms, and I do notice the apparition of these

The rash you describe sounds like minor irritation, rather than any STD.  I would ignore them.

As for Celexa, I have no experience with the use of that drug.  You might want to assk the doctor who prescribed it whether these side-effects are expected or preventable.
