The rash you describe sounds like minor irritation, rather than any STD. I would ignore them.
As for Celexa, I have no experience with the use of that drug. You might want to assk the doctor who prescribed it whether these side-effects are expected or preventable.
I RECENTLY WENT TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND WAS TESTED FOR ALL STDS ,THE TEST CAME BCK NEGATIVE ,EXCEPT FOR THE HEALTH WORKER NOTICEING THE SMALL LOOKING PIMPLES ,SE CALLED THEM THAT BEGAN WITH AN M ,BUT I DONT REMBER WHAT ,AND SAID THE COULD BE BURND OFF THEY ARE NOT WARTS ,OR HERPIES (herpes) ,IM AM TRYING TO FIND MORE INFO BUT CAN NOT ,BECUAS THIS VIRUS SEEM TO BE RARE,,I HAD REMAINED ABSTINATE FOR 10 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE INFECTION ,THE DOCTOR SAID IT MAY NOT HAVE COME FROM SEX,BUTRATHER SKIN CONECTION ,EVEN BREIFLY
