Penis Swelling right under the head

Hi, i m a 22 year old male, about 2 days ago, after having sex with my girlfriend, right underneith the head part of the penis it starts to swell up all around right after sex, its soft and puffy. it doesnt really hurt unless i press on it with little force, i thought that it will go away maybe after that night, but its been 2 days and it still looks the same or it might be little bit bigger.
     Is there anything i can buy over the counter or something i can do at home to get the swelling to go away or should i just go to a doctor?
     If i need to go to a doctor, what type of doctor should i go to. thanx in advance.

Best to just leave it alone.  Most probably, this is from friction.  If it still bothers you in a week, see a doctor--a GP, dermatologist will do.
