Penis and testicular problems

Hi, i have several problems. First of all on one of my testicles i have a lump, i went to the doctor and she said that it was normal and it would go away over time. Secondly i have a discoloration of pigment on my penis, which my doctor also said was normal. Thirdly, my penis head has shiny sort of bumps which cause no pain, and my doctor said would go away over time. Is there anything i can do to speed the process of recovery or make these things go away.

Hi

Lumps in the scrotal area may need to be further evaluated. They may be normal structures within the scrotal sac which have been felt as a lump or bump in the scrotum. It is best to continue self testicular examination to observe if any changes are noted on the lump. A change in size, consistency (doughy , nodular?) as well as the presence of pain in the area may require prompt consult. A scrotal ultrasound may be done to determine if this is a cystic  (containing fluid) or solid mass.

Discolorations in the scrotum may be due to a superficial skin infection like a fungal infection.

Well ive noticed now that the whole bottom of his penis is like...brown kind of? i dont know its a weird color anyways i just wanted to see if you go and answer cause i would really like to know thanks!
