Penis bruise and dry skin

I am a 16  year old male and I've been masturbating for three years. I've had this bruise around the upper part of the shaft where the thumb would lay when holding the penis. It has been there for all these years and doesn't look like it faded at all. I am not sexually active mainly because of my insecurity. I also have scale looking skin on the tip of my penis. I've read alot of fourms that said go see a doctor in it. I'm way to embarrased and need advice such as creams to heal my bruise and cracked skin on my penis. If anyone can help me without me having to see a doctor it would be much appreciated. Maybe I shouldn't masterbate anymore, anything will do I'm sick of it. And some how over the years the skin on the shaft near the tip(not on thhe tip) has become wrinkly I'm guessing from the cracked skin.

Can you name any bruise creams and some cracked skin creams that might make a difference even if just slightly? Oh answer this too can a bruise stay at the same state of discoloration if constantly being used for masterbation and if yes will it go away but at a slow rate? I think I just over used it and the cracked skin on the tip is probably from dry ***. Mainly I want the bruise gone faster than cracked skin cause it is minor cracks very small and close to the surface so I'm Gunnar try to keep moisturizing it.

Hello,
The blood under the skin which causes the discoloration of bruising should be totally reabsorbed by the body in three weeks or less. Since it has been present for so many years, it cannot be  a bruise due to trauma. As it is not painful or itchy, so it can be a freckle or a mark which is benign in origin. Without physical examination, I cannot precisely confirm a diagnosis, so please get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Hi I looked up all those diseases and seen pictures of them and what I have looks nothing like either one of the. What I have is a bruise on the shaft of the penis like a ring. Since I stated masterbating, I haven't really given it a brake so I'm guessing my grip was too strong. Is it possible that I could have caused so much stress on that area, that it became a really dark bruise which is just taking it's sweet time to heal? If I stop masterbating completely u think it will heal? The skin is loose, is it possible that the spongy tissue that makes up the penis has been weakened? If so what will strengthen it? Please try to answer as much questions you can from what Ive informed you with

Hello,
Since you are not having any active sexual life, so this bruise like spot does not look like any STD. It can be dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis or lichen planus. Lichen planus is an inflammatory disease that affects the skin and the oral mucosa, and presents itself in the form of papules(flat spots) or rashes. Treatment is available only on prescription and consists mainly of steroids, retinoids, hydroquinone and phototherapy.

My sincere advice would be to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
