Penis bruising

Ok, so I've had this weird bruise type thing on the bottom side on the shaft of my penis for a little over 2 years. I'm quite young and not ashamed to say I've never had sex. I won't say my real age, sorry. I'll do my best to describe it.

Red in the middle with black around the side of the bruise/rash.

On the bottom right side of it, there is little tiny black hole type things. Not too sure how to describe them.

Bumps on my genitals.

About the bruise it looks like it's on the inner, because I see little veins up with it.

After masturbating my genitals are kind of sore...

The only thing I've tried doing to help it is ice. I don't know what to do :(

Hello,
This could be due to trauma which could have caused breakage of capillaries lying just below the surface. Do not cause any further injury till the lesion has healed, which should take about 5-7 days. The discoloration may persist for a fortnight and change colors as the haemoglobin pigment undergoes changes.

Apply warm compresses,Neosporin ointment and calamine lotion and avoid messing with it.You  can take anti-inflammatory pain killers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen.If the spot persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist. Mondor’s disease or superficial lymphangitis also need to be ruled out.

Thanks for the help. It's been 4 days since the last time I have masturbated and it's seeming to clear up pretty fast. I'll let you know again in about a week. I haven't applied anything to it though, so I might try that to and get back to you. Thanks!
