Penis glans(glands) irritation

About 2 months ago or so, I started having this strange red/purple patch on the right side of the glans (glands) of my penis, I ignored it for awhile but it hasnt gone away, there are other little patches on the head too. It doesnt itch or hurt. Im quite positive its not STD or anything that cause I've been with my girlfriend for a year and we've been tested and such and she's not experiencing any problems. We have frequent sex and I started riding my bike everyday about 4months ago, so I'm started to think there is some link? some kind of rubbing happening while biking? today i started thinking about it and cant tell if its getting worst or if its just in my head.

Anybody got any ideas or similarities?

It must be just an irriration,apply white paraffin.
