Penis head brown spots or discoloration?

Hi there and thank you in advance

I am 39 year old Caucasian male, never had circumcision. I am in perfect health!!! No allergies, STDs, diabetes or anything! Strong like a bull, he he.

6-7 years ago I got this brown areas on a head of my penis. They are very irregular in shape, not like clean dots or spots. Those areas are just esthetic problem to me because I never had any rush, redness, STD or anything like that. They never represented any problem to me or my health but esthetic. I just don’t like how my whinny looks with them. I am married for a 7 years, my wife and I are faithful, she is very clean as well.

I have to tell that it is not that my penis loosing original pigmentation like in some cases here on forum – everything is same as before just with this areas.

And another thing – on my foreskin, approximately on those parts that covers brown areas on penis head I have those same brown areas. Just like some took brown ink, mark my penis head and then rolled up my foreskin all the way to the top and then pull it down. Brown areas on my foreskin are bigger in size then ones on my penis head and much wider, stretched.

I repeat – I never had any health problem with this, just I don’t like how it looks and I would like to know is this some disease or anything that is sign of something that can cause any problems later. And….is there some cream for this?

THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!!!

I'm 44 years old and I never had a problem with my glans and foreskin until a year and a half ago. My foreskin was swollen and red patches show in my penis head. Went to many doctors, had all kind of STDs test. Doctors didn't know what it was, they only told me that it wasn't contagios. Took antibiotics, fluconazole (for yeast infections), use many kind of creams, home remedies, but nothing worked. Like you said it wasn't aesthetic. my penis didn't look healthy. At last I made an appointment with a third Urologyst and without any test done said that I suffered from recurrent balanophostitis (balano is an irritation of the glans and phostitis is an inflammation if the foreskin) well, he recommended me circumsicion. because the foreskin created the perfect conditions (moist and warm) for bacterias to grow.I went ahead with the surgery and the irritation went away with my foreskin. It is already two months and my penis looks same color and healhty as before this irritation started. Best thing you can do is to make an appointment with an urologyst, he will tell you what's wrong with you. By the way do not use those antifungal creams, bacause they are gonna make your skin very thin as was happening to me. I use them too much trying to heal myself that I was able to see my blood vessel. One doctor told that he didn't believe in those creams. Before you go to your doctor try this remedy that it was given to me by a doctor may be it will work for you: Soak your penis in a glass of water with two teaspoons of white vinegar two time a day. This is for fungus or yeast infections. Believe I loved my foreskin, but I'm happy now that I do not have this irritation any more. Ok  take care and good luck.  Raf
