Hello. I am not looking for a diagnosis but rather just opinions on what could be going on with me. In January of 2010 I had a penileCancer - penisbiopsy, which revealed no STD's going on. After the biopsy I had problems with healing, specifically the entire penileCancer - penisarea became very bruised and a huge mass developed underneath the surgery. The stitches came out early leaving a hole where fluid drained for a month and a half after the surgery. The swellingAbdomen - swollen

Sexual intercourse - painfulwith my wife one time while the fluid was still draining out and this hole was still there and a day after developed redness patchesAllergy testing
Skin color - patchyon certain areas of my penis. This has gone on and occured every two weeks since. I might have 1 or 2 weeks of a healthy looking penis but inevitably my penis will get red and very dry, to the point where the skin is very flaky. Occasionally the skin gets red, dry and cracks open. I was blood tested by herpeselect and tested positive for HSV 1, negative for HSV2. I have only been sexually active with my wife for four years and am very confident in the negative HSV2 test. If i am indeed suffering from genital HSV1 is it really possible for it to occur in this fashion and this often, non-stop, for a year and a half? I eat well, work out religiously and do not consume lots of alcohol. Any ideas what else could be causing my symptoms? Thank you for any responses
Hello,
For such symptoms, eczema, balnitis xerotica and lichen sclerosus or psoriasis. I suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist and get the diagnosis confirmed. Biopsy skin may be needed for this.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
