Penis mark

Located either bang on my frenulum or a tad bit below I have what looks like a tiny scar going dks for a cm (my frenulum isn't thin and is wide so it maybe due to alot of skin each side)

When I stretch this open and look at it there is like a small bit of fresh looking skin in a shape of a circle like a volcano crater though some bits are more visible than others. There was also a zit/spot on the edge of this which was a hard type of puss that would be hard to fully squeeze out . Until yesterday I managed to squeeze all of it out fully till it was like water that came out.

My GP said it's a infection but hasn't gave me anything , he said people who are circumcised get White cheesy stuff under there penis head. Though as I'm circumcised it isn't that and it's because the skin is hiding that's caused it . Though I think he was talking about the zit/spot more than the other thing.

What do you guys think,  I'm worried about the sort of round mark under the skin more than the zit/spot do you think this is scarring from my circumcision as a baby , or is this round mark to do with the infection. When I say fresh mark it's like a tiny layer of skin has been removed.

Note: Im 20 , a virgin who has never taken part in any sexual contact what so ever , who was circumcised at birth

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From your symptoms it can be a sebaceous cyst. A sebaceous cyst is a closed sac occurring just under the skin which contains a "pasty" or "cheesy" looking substance called keratin. They may occur anywhere on body but scalp, ears, back, face, and upper arm, are common sites for sebaceous cysts. Blocked sebaceous glands, swollen hair follicles and excessive testosterone production will cause such cysts.

Generally no treatment is required but they become painful then it means they are infected, then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Could it be possible for this piece of skin that is fresh looking to be a skin bridge that was connected to the penis head/ top frenulum area but through puberty came off and the skin on each side has just overlapped it
