Penis problem

I've been having this problem that involves my penis. It's been about over 4 months of this scab on my penis that will not go away. I've been having unprotected sex with a certain female since November. This certain girl had sex with a guy before she had intercourse with me. Thing is, we had sex 4 days after she did with the guy. She told me this a couple days AFTER we had sex. So from about late Nov.
Well i've been having this scab on my penis for some time now. Yes I've had sex when this scab was in process.
It just won't go away for anything.
Doc, is there ANYTHING i can do to fix this?
I've been thinking about going to my doctor but I've just been a little off track.

This could be due to acne/pimples/ or infection of the hair follicles called folliculitis or some bacterial infection/ fungal infection or some skin nodules / genital warts etc.
Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions.
It would be best to reconsult your doctor about your symptoms if they do not resolve and get a proper clinical examination.
Keep the area clean and wear clothes washed in a few drops of chlorhexidine preferably and dried in the sun.
You could take oral antihistamine or antiallergic medications for the itching. Apply calamine lotion at the sites. Wear lose comfortable clothes. Maintain good personal hygiene.
