Penis wound

I have a thing in my mouth to fix my over bite that has a prong on each side of the top of my mouth. I was giving my husband oral favors, and one of the prongs stuck him just inside of his pee hole? (idk proper terminology) Im a little concerned about it. It bled some but not profusly. We cleaned it with peroxide and put antibaterial ointment on it, but Im wondering does he need to see a doctor or should we just let it heal in time????

If your husband is not a diabetic then it should heal in some time. Wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites. He should wear cotton undergarments. Application of antibiotic cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a dermatologist as oral antibiotics may be needed.
