Permanent Goosebumps

Hey guys! Does anyone know what would cause my skin to look like permanent goosebumps... they are not severe or anything or discolored.. It is just really bothering me. As you can see by my user name I do tan... I really am not too much of an addict though. I had a little patch on my leg a few months ago.. it lasted a few months then went away.. I'm really not worried about it. But does anyone know what it is or how to get rid of it?

Can permanent goosebumps on the skin lead to skin cancer? I am quite worried about my skins state at the moment, and I was just wondering if anybody would happen to know.

stop tanning thats the biggest part of your problem the tanning beds or boothes takes the oil out of your skin and dries it up.and also you will age long before your time.do yourself a favor and stop tanning

My boyfriend also has what looks like permanent goosebumps on his arms. He got them on his right arm about a month ago and just now he got them on his left arm. Did you find out what it is?

Are the bumps itchy or seem like the skin is really dried out where the bumps are? My son has bumps that the kids at school refer to as permanent goosebumps too, but I took him to the doctor and he has exema (sp?) They gave him a prescription lotion creme stuff that he has to use. He also uses an over the counter lotion called Aveena that seems to work pretty well. HOpe this helps.
