. So he sent me to his colleague who has a laser, and this guy zapped most of the caps in a brief treatment for $400. I walked out of his office looking great! All my caps were gone. But within a few weeks, they all grew back, perhaps even more than before. That was really disappointing. I wish the dermatologist had told me this was just a temporary treatment. That is a lot of money to pay for something so impermanent. Is there a better way to get rid of these that lasts longer? I have heard that these are "broken" capillaries. I really don't think I treat my face harshly so I don't understand why these capillaries are there. What could I be doing to break them?
Hello,
It is no use trying any creams on these telangiectasia and it shows good to excellent response using Ruby, Alexandrite or ND YAG lasers. Multiple treatment sittings are required.
