Permanent removal of facial capillaries?

Permanent removal of facial capillaries?

I asked my dermatologist about all the close-to-the-surface capillaries on my face, which give it a red appearance in the area of the nose, the chin, and between my nostrils and upper lip. He said I was a good candidate for getting them removed with a laser, as the surrounding color of my skin was fair. So he sent me to his colleague who has a laser, and this guy zapped most of the caps in a brief treatment for $400. I walked out of his office looking great! All my caps were gone. But within a few weeks, they all grew back, perhaps even more than before. That was really disappointing. I wish the dermatologist had told me this was just a temporary treatment. That is a lot of money to pay for something so impermanent. Is there a better way to get rid of these that lasts longer? I have heard that these are "broken" capillaries. I really don't think I treat my face harshly so I don't understand why these capillaries are there. What could I be doing to break them?

Hello,
It is no use trying any creams on these telangiectasia and it shows good to excellent response using Ruby, Alexandrite or ND YAG lasers. Multiple treatment sittings are required.

I suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
