Persistent Red Bumps on stomach (trunk)

Persistent Red Bumps on stomach (trunk)

About four months ago I noticed a small cluster of red bumps on the side of my stomach near the bottom of my rib cage...so I squeezed them, but they wouldn't pop.  At first the bumps seemed to be spreading and increasing in size, and somebody told me that they looked like Molluscum Contagiosum, so I tried a two week regimen of benzoyl peroxide.  This seemed to stop them from spreading and growing in size, but they still wouldn't go away.  I quit using the benzoyl, and the bumps seemed to almost immediately start increasing in size and a couple new ones popped up.  At this point I went to the Dermatologist, who said he had no idea what these bumps were, but he said they might be molluscum, so he froze the bumps, and prescribed me an antibiotic "just in case".  A couple weeks later when the scabs from my freeze blisters finally flaked off, but the bumps were still there.  Without treatment, they seem to grow, so I have been treating the bumps twice daily with tea tree oil.  Again, the bumps DO NOT itch or hurt, but they aren't going away, and it's been almost four months since they first popped up.  I am including a photo of the area.
