Persistent uknown rash

i have this rash over 2 months , it doesn't bother me (not itchy nor painfull), it is flush with my skin. i used for 2 days betadine in cream but i stoped since nobody adviced me to do that and the symptoms were still there. Should i continue to use betadine or buy another cream?thanks
