Personal Lubricant with gold dust

I recently purchased an expensive personal lubricant with gold dust for sexual intercourse. Are there any health risks for using this product? Will it "scratch" the delicate membranes of the vagina or penis? It has 23K gold powder and dust in it, so it says that it is hypo-allergetic. Can anyone comment please....

Sorry water based LUBE, not vibe...

The water based vibe is smooth to the touch, we are just worried that it may cause microscopic scratches. It is a beautiful lube otherwise (and we paid close to $500 for it!)
