Petechaie? Help please

Hello, I'm 19 years old and a male. I have these small red pin-point spots on my feet and ankles. They do not itch, burn or anything like that. I have no illness, but I have had mono before in the past a few years ago. I have been readin on petachaie, but have no idea if this is what it is. Some of the spots seem to be slightly raised. I cannot affor to go have a cbc test done unless it actually is something harmful to me. So if you could please look at these pictures and tlell me what it might be, it would be greatly appreciated. Ever since I've been reading about that disease, it makes me so stressed out, and not be able to sleep at night knowing something may be wrong. http://tinypic.com/r/n1yw76/7

Hello,
These can be due to cherry angiomas or flat warts. they don’t look like petechiael spots which are not raised. Cherry angiomas are made up of clusters of tiny capillaries at the surface of the skin, forming a small round dome ("papule"), which may be flat topped.

The underlying cause for the development of cherry angiomas is not understood, so nothing can be predicted about their prevention but rest assured; they are harmless.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Here are 2 more pictures. They seem to get darker, and then fade sometimes.

Thank you so much or the reply. But the reason, I wouldn't think it is that, is because there are some spots where there is no hair. Any other suggestions?

Google image folliculitis, which is a type of skin infection.  I think it might be that instead.  It's more of an annoyance than awful.  See a doctor, but no need to panic.
