Pigmentation after menopause

by Tikini, Apr 10, 2001 12:00AM
My 50-year old aunty from India has black spots all over pigmentation and the doctor says it's post-menopause pigmentation. She would like to lighten the pigmentaion or get rid of it. I have heard that post-pigmentation creams are available in the market. I would like to know the names of some good creams that I can buy over the counter.

Try creams containing 2% hydroquinone.  In the US doctors can prescribe up to 4% of this product.  It works, but slowly and often incompletely.

Best.
