Pigmentation problem

Hi,
I am 24 year old female .I have pigmentation problem on my hand and thighs(near to bikini area) ..few areas on hands and thighs looks dark skin ,I am basically fair ..but this dark colour skin embrassing a lot .

I have used Melederm cream after surfed in the website ,however initially I was able to see few improments ..but after sometime,the areas which I was using becomes like wrinkles :( ..So I have stopped using it .
Could you please advise me to rid of this pigmentation prob plzz ..

As I need to get marry in next 6 months,wanted to get rid of this .Please help me on this ..Would be very great,if I could get rid of this prob .

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough, but it can be due to hyperpigmentation of the skin. This darkening occurs when an excess of melanin, the brown pigment that produces normal skin color, forms deposits in the skin.

Treatment involves hydroquinone, azelaic acid, corticosteroids, tretinoin cream and laser treatment. Please discuss these options with your dermatologist before using them.
