Pilonidal Cyst

I have a cyst partially on the inside of my butt crack and part on the outside.
It is painful. I have been using Vaseline (stops rubbing), Epson salt, witch hazel,
Soda, and ichthammol ointment. It is still there and it has been over 2 weeks. Sometimes more painful than others. What can I buy over the counter. I have tried also ladocaine 5% but not helping. I tried numbing so I can cut the cheesy pulse out of the cyst. It is growing against end of the but crack. I have cut on it and the inside is hard so I need a better numbing cream for while I am doing it and after.

I am also looking for the root cause in the problem see attachment.

At this time am not looking to have the whole sack removed just to release imflammation from cyst and preventative from it from reoccuring.

Right now seeking over the counter medication or online that accepts paypal. I have also purchase castor oil, tea oil, hydrogen peroxide, Rara-Rid,Para-Sweep,aspitin, apple cider vinegar and Stone Free.

I am not on the medical plan I use to have just on my own.

I'm sorry I don't know of any treatments that really work for this besides out patient surgery. Some places will let you make payments and give you a discount as a cash patient. I hope you can get it to calm down till you can have it excised.

I can help you. It is something you were born with believe it or not. I used triple A antibiotic ointment twice a day. It will not go away. Eventually you will have to have surgery. It is common in people of Irish descent. You can have a doc open it up and give you shots of Rocephin for a week, but right now try the ointment on top of the area. Do not put anything else on it. Sit in a hot tub of water several times a day. I know you are uncomfortable. Between the ointment and the hot water you will feel better in a few days. Keep me posted.

I would like to thank you. I went to the local family dollar store and they had it.  I then went to the 99 cents store and they had it only without the pain extra for a dollar and I also got Clotrimazole.  When I was at the Family Dollar I checked and they had Miconazole (Monistat) I got it for $7.50.
Thank you again I have done more research:
o There are multiple home remedies for treating the various manifestations of candidiasis. For yeast infections, there are several over-the-counter drugs such as Butoconazole (Femstat), Miconazole (Monistat), Tioconazole (Vagistat), and Clotrimazole (Femizole-7, Gyne-Lotrimin). Treatment with these products should clear up symptoms in about a week.
Nystatin is an antifungal agent for mouth thrush and is typically the only medication used when children are diagnosed. Adults also have pills like fluconazole (Diflucan) and anti fungal throat lozenges called troches. Using this medication, the thrush should clear up in about 1 to 2 weeks.
Skin and diaper rashes are treated with Clotrimazole lotions and creams and also clear up in 1 to 2 weeks with treatment. More serious infections that have spread throughout the body require prescription strength amphotericin B. This medication includes antifungals that attach to the cell wall building material of the yeasts, creating holes that allow the yeast to drain and die. This strong IV treatment is known to have many side effects, and as a result, the medication is administered slowly and it may take longer than two weeks to eradicate the candidiasis.

o Candida is a genus of yeasts, many species of which can be found living in most humans and animals. In most cases, Candida (usually Candida albicans in mammals) is commensal, meaning it lives with the other flora in the gut without causing any particular harm. Certain changes in environment, like a sudden lack of balance between yeast and bacteria in the body will sometimes trigger the harmless single-celled Candida to become a multicellular invader. This can manifest in several different ways, including diaper and skin rashes, thrush, nail bed infections, and yeast infections. Overgrowth of the yeast is referred to as candidiasis.
Immune system:Increasing allergies and sensitivities to food (gluten problems can be a result of yeast overgrowth)Frequent colds and flus, low immune system

Testing Candida Albicans
1. Candida saliva test or the Candida spit test.
If you doctor suspects that you may have Candida, he/she would ask for a Candida saliva or candida spit test. With this test, you are asked to place a glass filled clear water by your bed at night. When you wake in the morning, work up a bit of saliva and spit into it, then check the water every 15 minutes or so for up to one hour.
a) If you have Candida, you will see strings traveling down into the water with the saliva floating on the top, or cloudy saliva sinks to the bottom of the glass, or cloudy specks is suspended in the water.

To clean my blood of the fibrin and the excess debris beyond the yeast, I  will use NEPRINOL and this will work very well to keep the blood flowing beautifully.

Most helpful products which start working immediately to remove the yeast and replace the beneficial flora in the intestines are the Candisol and the Syntol. These begin working immediately. Then focusing on ~
A. Boosting the immune system
B. Detoxifying the body
and
C. Improving food choices
Why Do I NEED to boost my Immune System?
When there is excess yeast in the body, there is also excess unfriendly bacteria, fungus, toxins etc. All of this bogs down the immune system function. When you specifically cleanse the body of toxins and yeast, and take strong prebiotic/probiotics (Syntol) at the same time, the immune system speeds up its activity and gobbles up the excess yeast, and other toxins at a faster pace.

Already the cyst has started to shrink but just when Ithink Iamfinished with the pain I get a flare up sometimes really painful.

When I first started to deal with this situation I tried orajel which releaves for about a few minutes and that was not working then I sprayed some chloroseptic and that numbed it longer until I was able to rest.  Then from there I put apple cider vinger and I have added some hydrogen peroxide and epson alcohol .  First I heated water then added epson salt tomake it dissolve better then put it in mixture after it cooled.  Abot 1/2 cup of water to the same of epson salt to make it more effective as a muscle relaxant. First I put vaseline on spot and dab a little at a time on area.  I have also dissolved aspirin and acetaminophen 500 mg with Diphenhydramine 25 mg.  All gotten a Family Dollar Store.  Now since heat works the best for flare ups I put vaseline on spot and dap a little Muscle Rub 10% menthol 15% methyl salicylate (Family Dollar Ben Gay) it will medicate the area and feel the heating up of the area and then it will stop and the pain of flare up will go away for a while.

• Pimples pop up when the immune system attacks bacteria in a pore.
• It isn’t just bacteria that cause pimples. They have to be trapped under cellular debris with excess oils. That’s why antibiotics are of limited value in treating acne.
Minocycline, which is most commonly sold under the trade names Dynacin and Minacin, is the antibiotic most often prescribed in the United States. It causes vertigo (dizziness due to changes in fluid flow in the inner ear) in about 30% of children, teens, and adults who use it. When it is taken as a systemic treatment, in the form of a pill, it can kill healthy bacteria in the colon and cause diarrhea. It can also stain teeth black or blue if they are still growing (in users as old as 22). However, the staining of the teeth slowly fades, usually over a period of about two years. People who use minocycline typically have about 50% fewer pimples after 90

***not this it did not look like this just ingrown hair bump under skin with harden texture not liquid***  http://howtogetridofgenitalwarts.org/std/bump/

Warts appear and disappear at various points of life. they disappear by themselves. Some however are quite painful and do also spread fast and many of them do stay on for years. These warts need to be treated. Cryotheraphy is the most common treatment among pediatrics. the warts are made to freeze with nitrogen in liquid form. the use of cantharidin is painless but ends up in blisters. the bad thing about these warts is that they may not come off in a single sitting and also cause blisters. Strong salicylic acid, bleomycin or pulse dye lasers are other ways of curing it. In the worst cases you can make use of aldara. Warts do grow on due to a few treatments and hence result in bigger warts or end up becoming a scar.
The duct tape is the home remedy fro warts. You can cover the place which is affected by a duct tape for about six days. if he tape does come off by the end of these six days, then a new tape has to be replaced. at the end of the sixth day remove the duct tape and let the wart soak in water. now use a pumice stone to scrape off the top layer of skin. once this is done follow the same thing until the wart disappears. this however should be done at a gap of twenty four hours. Some kids refuse to use duct tapes. Use colorful ones to make them use it. Make use of home wart removing kits that are available in the stores.
Warts do spread by direct contact. it may also spread by using contaminated things used by the infected person. as it is contagious do stay away from it. Cuts, bites and rashes need to be covered and kept clean always. Also make use of closed shoes in public spaces.

podofilox topical (Condylox)
Podofilox topical is a skin medication used to remove genital warts. The exact way that podofilox topical works is not known. Podofilox topical is used to treat genital warts on the outside (external) skin of the penis and vagina. Podofilox topical gel is also used to treat genital warts on the skin between the rectum and the genitals.

Because the activity of sphingomyelinase D is temperature dependent, application of local cool compresses is helpful and should be continued until progression of the necrotic process appears to have stopped.

Utilize tetanus prophylaxis, analgesics, and antipruritics as needed. Reserve antibiotics for evidence of true infection and do not administer prophylactically.

Antibiotics
Antibiotics may minimize the local inflammatory component of cutaneous loxoscelism and decrease resulting skin necrosis.

The sebacious cyst. as it is defined in Wiki, is made of a hair shaft with two inlarged sebacious sacs on either side. The sacs' normal purpose is to fill with melted fat (oil) and deliver it to the skin around the hair on the surface of our skin to keep it lubricated.

fat layer is where the oil comes from and it is normally kept in liquid form in that thin layer by body heat. When you have too much fat in that area, only the bottom of the fat layer gets melted by body heat and forms oil. The top layer, however does not melt and forms a thick hard layer of fat that moves around. If the hard fat layer moves and covers a hair folicle or surrounds it, the folicle inlarges and absorbs the hard fat and starts to fill beyond capacity, making the sebacious cyst, which by all accounts is just a huge blocked pore or pimple on a larger scale.

Alot of times they will appear like a large black head. They can be opened and drained, much like a black head. But if the sac (inner lining) is not also removed, it will eventually fill back up.

If you suspect you may have it then some people get good results from using Oxyteracyclin which is commonly used for treatment of acne.

http://www.lef.org/protocols/health_concerns/chronic_inflammation_01.htm

Chronic inflammation can be triggered by cellular stress and dysfunction, such as that caused by excessive calorie consumption, elevated blood sugar levels, and oxidative stress. It is now clear that the destructive capacity of chronic inflammation is unprecedented among physiologic processes (Karin et al. 2006).
The danger of chronic, low-level inflammation is that its silent nature belies its destructive power.
In fact, stress-induced inflammation, once triggered, can persist undetected for years, or even decades, propagating cell death throughout the body. Due to the fact that it contributes so greatly to deterioration associated with the aging process, this silent state of chronic inflammation has been coined “inflammaging”.
• Uric acid (urate) crystals, which can be deposited in joints during gouty arthritis; elevated levels are a risk factor for kidney disease, hypertension, and metabolic syndrome (Martinon et al. 2006, Alvarez-Lario et al. 2011);
• Oxidized lipoproteins (such as LDL), a significant contributor to atherosclerotic plaques (Nguyen Khoa et al. 1999); and
• Homocysteine, a non-protein-forming amino acid that is a marker and risk factor for cardiovascular disease, and may increase bone fracture risk (Au-Yeung et al. 2006).

http://familydoctor.org/familydoctor/en/diseases-conditions/small-vessel-disease.html

Small vessel disease, which is also called coronary microvascular disease, is a disease that affects the small arteries in the heart. These small arteries normally expand to provide extra blood to your heart when you are exercising or exerting yourself. They contract when you are at rest. Small vessel disease is caused by a narrowing of these tiny arteries. This narrowing can be caused by spasms in the artery, damage to the artery walls or a build-up of a fatty substance (called plaque) in the artery.
Small vessel disease is not the same as coronary artery disease. Coronary artery disease affects the large arteries in the heart. These large arteries are responsible for carrying oxygen-rich blood to your heart all the time. When these arteries are blocked or narrowed, your heart muscle doesn't get the blood and oxygen it needs to work properly. This can cause a heart attack.
Hypertension is the medical term for high blood pressure. Normally a person's blood pressure rises and falls during the day. However, when blood pressure constantly stays higher than normal, a person is considered to have hypertension.
Because hypertension can cause damage to the blood vessels and filters in the kidney, it is a leading cause and consequence of kidney disease.
Kidney failure in patients with hypertension has many causes, including hypertensive nephrosclerosis.
http://www.everythingherbs.com/fluidretention.htm

Normally the kidneys are controlled by the involuntary nervous system, which monitors their function. If the involuntary nervous system isn’t working properly, the kidneys can’t do their job of pulling poisons and wastes out of the blood stream. If the kidneys don’t function correctly, fluid and poisons and waste matter continue to circulate. Fluid is then retained by the body, in an attempt to dilute the poisons, so that they are not as harmful.

http://www.alternative-cancer-care.com/The_Cancer_Personality.html

When faced with a major trauma, the cancer personality feels trapped and unable to escape from the memory of the traumatic experience and the painful feelings of the experience. Stress hormone cortisol levels skyrocket and remain at high levels, directly suppressing the immune system, whose job it is to destroy cancer cells that exist in every human being. High stress levels generally means a person cannot sleep well, and cannot produce enough Melatonin during deep sleep. Melatonin is responsible for inhibiting cancer cell growth. This means cancer cells are now free to multiply. Adrenaline levels also skyrocket initially, but are then drained and depleted over time. This is especially bad news for the cancer personality.

Adrenaline is responsible for transporting sugar away from cells. And when there is no adrenaline left, sugar builds up in cells of the body. Viral-bacterial-yeast-like-fungus then inhabit normal cells to feed on this excess sugar, breaking the cell's (oxygen) krebs cycle. This means normal body cells cannot breathe properly because of low oxygen and mutate during the dividing process into cancer cells. Cancer cells thrive in a low oxygen state, as demonstrated by Nobel Prize winner Otto Warburg. Cancer cells also thrive on fermented sugar for cell division, and this is provided by the viral-bacterial-yeast-like-fungus that ferment and feed on sugar in the perfect symbiotic relationship.

If you choose to take garlic as an anti-fungal to heal your cancer (see the Cancer-Fungus Link) a minimum amount to take would be 5-6 cloves of (crushed) garlic per day. There are about 12 cloves per whole pod of garlic. Let them sit for at least 15 minutes after they have been crushed. This amount of time is needed to release an enzyme (allinase) that produces these anti-fungal, anti-cancer compounds.
Professor Michael Wargovich at the University of Texas studied the effects of two major purified components of garlic - dialylsulphide (DAS) and S-allyl cysteine. He tested these compounds on two animal carcinoma models and found that tumors could be reduced by 50 to 75% He then gave his controls a prophylactic dose of garlic and then deliberately tried to induce a virulent form of esophageal cancer. He found that garlic completely prevented his experimental controls from becoming infected. He concluded that although the precise mechanism may not be clear, the administration of well tolerated garlic products may confer protection from cancer.

OK, I got a bad pyl. cyst last Nov 2013. I got rid of it but unconventionally. I have invasive candidiasis which causes itching in literally any orophus in my body with inflammation and skin breakdown, its hell. Have not completely killed it but usually chase its attacks off after a few days when it goes on a suicide mission against my skin. In other words it does not stop even when it is dying/losing. It recently tried to invade my buttocks again and again I am chasing it back, and am almost done. I would be happy to share my method with you but it is different and one part hurts somewhat although tolerable. I continue to seek full cure. One thing that will help with symptoms is benedryl, it stops candida from easily degranulating mast cells which do a lot of the work for it. Non drowsy type also work. The method is not hard but requires some explanation.

Ceasewaves, talk to me and tell me your method.
It's the third time that the same pyl. cyst appears. Doctors want me to go for cirurgy again. No problem, I can do the cirurgy but I really feel that cirurgy helps in removing the actual cyst but don't help with the cause of the reocurrence of it (which I believe is candida). So, why am I doing a cirurgy to solve a problem without removing first the cause of that problem?...
