Pimp or wart or std

At the entry of my anus wall I have one lump on either side, and one has grown in size,The lumps in size are smaller then a tear drop, there painless, to the touch them seem fleshy like a pimp,   I've tried to squeeze when the lumps were smaller but nothing would rupture.  
I just curious to what your opinion is weather it sounds like a wart, pimp or std?

Such kind of bumps can be due to cysts, warts, benign skin growths or hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are varicosities and inflammation of veins in the rectum and anus.They are caused and increased by increased straining during bowel movements, by constipation or diarrhea,hypertension,obesity, excessive consumption of alcohol or caffeine and portal hypertension.
Get an examination done from a surgeon to confirm the diagnosis.
