Pimple directly below penis head

I have a very small white pimple right under the head of my penis. It is right next to my foreskin as i am uncircumcised. It resembles an acne pimple. I do not think that i have had it for long. I noticed it today when i had a small irritation on the skin of my penis near where the pimple is located. the irritation is gone but the pimple isn't. I don't feel any sort of pain, (just paranoid). It is just that single pimple that is there along with some itching from time to time (that has now gone away as well). Does anyone have a clue of what this could be? I've been researching but i have found information on outbreaks of of many pimples and have seen pictures that look horrific, but i have just a simple pimple that resembles a simple acne pimple.
please help.

A simple cyst,and needs nothing to be done.
