Pimple like sores on pubic region and penis

I have red sore likes not some like pimples but same type red bumps on my pubic area and penis. I only had sex with one person the last 9 months and it is unprotected sex but the other day I left the *** of my girlfriend on my penis and pubic area. like 36 hours later I get these red sores at the base of my penis and on the shaft and pubic area. Is it herpes, or any other std? I had just shaved like 6days before the sex. Clogged pores?

From the symptoms it looks like irritated hair follicles after shaving. It does not appear like herpes because herpes blisters do not appear so early. Herpes presents with red itchy blisters which scab over. Wear cotton clothes, wash the area in luke warm water, keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics and warm compresses. Also use an antibacterial soap or shampoo. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then please get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.
