Pimple on penis

Hi.

I was wondering about having Acne on the base of the penis. From what I see it can't be popped but some can.. since they are situated in the root of the hair. but I am worried if they cannot disappear...

I have two questions:

1.- Can I do something to cure this pimples Crysts? (from what I read.. they
might be Crysts..)

Read that I could use antibiotics.. but are there creams??

2.- If I have sexual intercourse with someone I don't know very well..
Having this "pimples", does it make me more open to get STDS? (Of course
having protection)??

I know that I could see a doctor about this.. (don't know if a Regular doctor would be it..) or a specialized one..

But from what I read.. this is common.. but I am curious to know. Any help would be appreciated
