Pimple

Hello Doctor,

So here is my question - I have a couple small pustule-like transparent pimples on my inner eyelid(if you can call it that way) it makes a little inconvenience, feels dry and a almost none but a little itchy(touchy).. What could it be? i have it on upper side - both eyes.
I am not sure if have described it well, please understand :)

Without examination it is very difficult to confirm a diagnosis but it can be a chalazion, hidrocystadenoma, syringoma or some benign growth. A chalazion is a cyst in the eyelid that is caused by inflammation of a blocked meibomian gland. Apply hot wet compresses on the swelling and consult an ophthalmologist. If it is a chalazion, then it may need scrapping.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
