Pimples and itching on penis..

I am 27 years old male, married...i have itching and there is some pimples on head of my penish almost three.
almost a month before i had pimples on shaft but not on head, its red in color and watery liquids transperent come out of it. I m really worried abt it... please help me

These pimples like bumps on the penis can be a normal physiological change in teenagers or due to blocked hair follicle, oil glands, lympohocoel, Fordyce spots, sebaceous cyst, sexually transmitted diseases etc. Maintain good genital hygiene by cleaning with soap and water, don’t try to squeeze the pimple. Applying ice would reduce redness, pain or swelling. See a dermatologist if problem persists for more than 1-2 weeks.
