Pimples in Soft Skin Areas (knees, elbows, scrotum)

Pimples in Soft Skin Areas (knees, elbows, scrotum)

I have pimples that sometimes come up in my knees, elbow, or scrotum. It starts itching and then I notice 1 pimple there, yes, 1 pimple only. As I rub it, more pimples come up and the area becomes red and feels like burning as they are all itching. It usually lasts for a week. I put cream on (OMCILON - neomicina, gramicdina, nistatina, triancinolona by Bristol-Myers) and that seems to alleviate but does not fully resolve or kill the pimples. They just become dormant after 1 week. I can still see them but they are no longer red or itching after 1 week.

I noticed that I get the same problem on my right hand, on the indicator finger as well as two other fingers, after I masturbate. I am not sure if it is due to the sperm contact or something else by contact. My penis head has been red for a long time and doctors can not say what is going on. They told me it was fungus but fungus was not as the treatment did not cure it.

I usually have the pimples in the same locations. It is always on the left scrotum and on the same location. It is always more on the left elbow than on the right one. It is always on the left knee (very minor pimple there) and never on the right one. I used to have behind the knees but I no longer have that.

On my right hand, because of the contact with my penis, pimples usually come up in the same spots as well. If I look at it now, I can see them there, very small, and not itching nor red. But they are there just waiting for the opportunity to manifest again!

I was once diagnostic with genital herpes. I used to have painful pimples in my penis head but I have never had those anymore. By contrast, my penis head has been red for a long time and pimples (not the same as the herpes ones) usually come up in the same spots of my soft skin body parts (knees, elbows, scrotum) as well as my right hand.

Any ideas on what might be going on?

It could be several things.

Are you on an antiviral for the herpes infection?? they've found that even if you don't have an outbreak you can still spread it.

it could be that your sweating in those areas, and that's why your getting pimples. You need to see a dermatologist or doctor at a time when you actually have these pimples present that way they can see it firsthand.

I'm not sure why the head of your penis would consistantly be red but your doctor should be able to help with that also. If you aren't receiving the type of care or attention you want you should go see another doctor and make sure you bring documentation of your medical history.
