Pimples inside mouth
Hello Doctor
I recently developed some tiny pimple like growthes inside my
lower lip (about a dozen. Pinhead size) and at the same time a couple pimples on the outer lower lip (corner of mouth and central lower lip). This developed several days after shaving with an
admittedly older razor. I recall having pimples on the outer lower lip many times over the years after shaving and they have almost cleared up (squeezed and wacked with alcohol). Couple cleared up next day (rose and left on own) and the other at corner of mouth clearing nicely after a day. Could there have been bacteria on razor that causes this or simply shaving irritation? What about inside the lip. Could that be as a result of transference of bacteria inside mouth as everything developed at same time? I recently had full physical and IgG herpes tests for I and II and negative. What do you think?
Also, I have been treating inside of mouth with hydrogen peroxide gargle. Think this is ok?

It sounds like shaving irritation to me. It doesn't sound like herpes or bacteria. Treat them gently and show them to a doctor if they persist. Peroxide is OK, but since I don't think they are infected, perhaps something less irritating would be better.

lately (again, very stressed). I read cankers can also produce
