Pimples/sores/lesions on scalp

I develope pimple sized sores on my scalp that swell and drain. Eventually these develope a small holes in my scalp or elongated lesions that take some time to heal before another one or two develope.  Sometimes scars are left by the larger pimples.  This cycle has been repeating itself for almost a year. Any idea what may be going on?

you need oral antibiotics and an evaluation by a doctor, if you let this go untreated the scarring could result in permanent hair loss. there are a few conditions that can cause this type of eruption.
