Pimples that won't go away

Hi, I'm in my early 20s and have had clear skin all of my life, except the occasional pimple here and there, but recently ive been getting big red pimples on my face that take several months to disappear.

The ones that really bother me, are 3 pimples on one cheek triangularly positioned. This one area has been getting them back to back.
One of them finally filled up with puss and I was able to very gently release it and thought that it would finally go away, but instead left a really nasty scar.

I've never had any scarring before, even after popping pimples. And everything cleared in a matter of days up to a maximum of 2 weeks.

I dont know whats happening, I feel like my skin is taking really long to heal anything.

I went to see a dermatologist which wasnt of any help !!!

I dont know what to do. Any suggestions ??
