Pin point size bumps in the upper lip

I am a 40 yr old male. For about a month I have 3-4 small pin head size bumps in the upper lip. It doest hurt or itch. It does not increase in size nor doest it decease. If there is a way to attach a picture I can. Meanwhile any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the comment. I first noticed it (or actually appeared for the first time) when I shaved after a gap of 2 weeks. It has been since then,
I have tried not shaving for a week. But it doesnt go away.

If it is where you are shaving it may be folliculitis caused by hairs being trapped under the skin.  If it goes away when you don't shave or if you use an electric razor that may be it.
