Pink/Red/Brown Bump and Scar on Nose

I attached a picture as well. I'm 17 years old and has had this redish brown bump on my nose for over a year. It scabs up and then the outer layer of the skin peels off and just grows back. I have tried many things to make it go away but nothing works. I went to the dermatologist last year and they gave me pills but that didnt help. Does anyone have an idea on what it is?

Looks like discoid LE or Lupus vulgaris. Mantoux test and biopsy essential.

The dermatologist don't know what it is. They also thought it could be caused by the sun but the pills didn't help. I have had this problem before on my face but it usually went away after a few months but this one on my nose has been here for 2 Years and keeps getting bigger. I usually cover it with makeup which might irritate it but I can't go out in public like that. I have smooth and clear skin except for that which ***** the most.

Hi and welcome, youve been suffering with this way too long and need to get a second opinion and clear this up before you have scaring at a young age. It could have started off as a sunburn as is on a high point on your face and being in Texas the sun is strong most year round. It looks infected and irritated.
