Pink spots on head of penis

Hello,

I am trying to figure out what there pink spots are on the head of my penis.  I do not believe they are Fordyce spots.  Please look at the picture on the link:  www.************.weebly.com

They seem to appear brightly right when I expose my penis to the air.  Temperature also changes the color of them.  Sometime you cannot even tell they are there.  When my penis is erect you cannot seem them at all and they only appear as cracked skin.  

I have been tested for STD's and have came back negative for everything.  They do not itch or present any other problems.    

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Pimples like bumps on the penis can be a normal physiological change in teenagers or due to blocked hair follicle, oil glands, lympohocoel, sebaceous cyst, sexually transmitted diseases etc. Maintain good genital hygiene by cleaning with soap and water, don’t try to squeeze the pimple. Applying ice would reduce redness, pain or swelling. See a dermatologist if problem persists for more than 1-2 weeks.
