Pinkish Spots

Over the last four months or so I have noticed a pinkish spot on the right side of the head of my penis.  It would get brighter after intercourse so I just thought it was friction, irritation, etc.  I have only been with my girlfriend for the last 15 months or so.  Lately, pinkish spots have appeared on the right side of the shaft of the penis - pretty much in a straight line (nut not touching) from the spot on the head - one at first and now three more.  I have had no pain - except for after intercourse with my girlfriend and then nothing bad.  These spots don't seem to be going away - they do seem to get lighter pink almost getting white.  The spots are a couple of mm's (up to prob half a cm) in diameter each.  Lastly, there is a strip of pinkness under the rim of the glans (glands) - maybe about 3/4 of an inch - on the same right side.  I would not call any of these open sores, blisters, pimples - except maybe the strip under the glans (glands) - which looks a little rawer than the spots.  any thoughts?  Thanks.

Sounds to me like irritation of some sort, not infection or herpes.  My advice is keep the penile skin well lubricated, to otherwise leave the spots alone, and to see a doctor if the spots persist beyond 2 weeks.

I have a question . TOday my back got itch and i starting scratching it it turned red. an hour before i ate Tuna w mayounaise, eggs, and cheese sandwich. Could this have caused it? Could it be related to HIV?
