Pityriasis Rosea or Ringworm?? help

im coming here because i dont have insurance to be seen by a doctor and i have made an appointment for a free clinic but its still far away.

i have fungus in my left foot on my nails... maybe about a week ago i noticed a ringworm shaped rash under my left nipple, barely noticeable..

since then, day by day, it got worse, now im pretty full of these round, oval shaped rashes, ranging from 1cm to quarter sized rashes, the areas affected are my inner thigh area, stomach, a lil bit of my back, and now starting to go to my armpits.

it does itch but it varies on when, not at all times

my dad has fungus on his nails and also on his body that looks similar to this, but he doesnt get it this bad, is it possible that genes may be the cause? please answer my question. thanks and god bless!

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be pityriasis rosea,nummular dermatitis or ringworm.
Pityriasis rosea is a common human skin disease which presents as numerous patches of pink or red oval rash. The rash may be accompanied by low-grade headache, fever, nausea and fatigue and sometimes by itching.

No treatment is usually required. In most patients, the condition lasts only a matter of weeks or months(upto six months).In svere cases topical and oral steroids may be needed.

If the rash persists then it will be best to get it evaluated from a dermatologist.Other possibilities have to be ruled out then.
