I believe that is Pityriasis Rosea. They are normally found in the abdomanal area...upper arms...cheast,neck, sometimes (but rarely on  the face). I have it right now too. It will last from several weeks -several months. Try avoiding hot baths and anything that will make your body temp rise. This may cause it to worsen. It isnt a fungus. Its not deadly so dont worry.Ages 10-35 are more likely to get it. And studies say that once you have it you dont get it again...but im not too sure on that...its just something i read. GOODLUCK.
