Pleas Help!

I apologize if this is long now, but I really need some help. About a year and a half ago my fiance had a pap smear that came back abnormal. The doctor said it showed abnormal cells and that was it. She had a colposcopy done where they freeze the cervix. Everything was fine for almost a year, all pap smears were normal, until 2 months ago the pap smear again came back abnormal again. The test results said the abnormal cells were consistant with the HPV virus but not enough to fully conclude the virus. We are both worried to death. We have been together for almost three years now and neither of us has ever seen anything in our genital areas that would make us think there was a problem. I work at two hospitals in my area and know alot of doctors including my own. I was nervous about going to him but knew I had to be checked out. I went in there told him the problem with her pap smears and he told me I was not the cause of her abnormal cells on the cervix. I even tried to show him my genital area to make me feel comfortable that I was ok, but he already had it set in his mind that I was not the problem. I have been doing extensive research on the HPV virus over the past few weeks on my own to get some ansewers. I have read that if I have the virus I could spread it to her, and which could create abnormal cells on the cervix. I have been looking at my genital area very closely of late and the only thing that looks abnormal is this tiny bump on the shaft of the penis (the size of a needle point), I do remember squeezing puss out once, but now there is a tiny bump there, it is not discolored (fleshlike). Could this be something? I have read the virus could be microscopic so checked myself with a high magnifing glass from one of my radiologist and saw nothing like I have seen on the internet. I have had two tiny warts on my right hand in the past. I know they say that they are not related, but there is no 100% ansewer. I feel like I am going crazy. What should I do? I am 23, was in a 2 year relationship before this, and sleep with one other girl protected before I met my fiance. Could using my hand during sex spread the virus to her since I had a hand wart?
                    Thank you so much

You don't need to do anything.  If you had warts, you would see them.  You can't spread hand warts to the penis or to your girlfriend.  You and she may never know for sure where she got HPV--it might have been from an earlier partner.  Knowing or not knowing doesn't change anything.  You can only treat what you can see.  When it comes to men, warts are out there where you can see them, and if you can't see them, you don't have them and can't treat them.  She's under proper care, and that's what matters/

Best.
