Please Help Me it Would Help Me Get Through High School.!

Okay. I am an black 13 year girl and suffer lip discoloration. Not the kind other think of. Other have a problem having too black lips and they want it to be pink again or be lighter. My problem is more then half of my bottom is pink and have a couple of brown dots on them and on the "line" were my lips meet from pink to brown there are black little lines. Also my gums are the same too. They are pink but have brown smudges on them. My top lip is the same but it less noticeable. I anyone could recommended anything,,medicine or just natural things i could do that would really. Help i have been teased and taunted about having pink lips would anyone please help me. It can be due to hyperpigmentation lips and the tiny black spots can be due to oral melantoic macules. To prevent blackness of the lips, chewing, biting or pricking the skin of the lips should be avoided.
