Please Help-Urgent.. Suffering skin irritation and red patches .. for 1 year plus..

I will describe the problem .. Somebody please help me..

Regarding the skin iritation and itching,  My family and me have been suffering from it for the past 1 year and 4 months.

The medicines we had given by the Dr. are:

Ist
1)  Epiderm 375  (1 every morning for 15 days)
2)  Omi (Omeprazole Capsules I.P.)   (dosage same as above)

2nd

1)  Mastifen (1 every night for 15 days)
2)  Tebif ointment for externally applying

3rd

Ayurverdic medicine

NO USE YET...

I remember, first it came to my youngest brother to the back of his thigh and later from side. Same time me and my 2nd brother started developing the same..type of itching to the lower legs those days.

Later I had too move move to my workplace, and I had some medicine from there and it was gone completely.


Then it went to my parents after about 2 /3 months. It appeared in his body first to below my elbow area (behind the arm) as a small spot which expanding in round shape to about one inch diameter, similar to my youngest brother's problem.

Soon to my mother who complained that a small patch appeared to below her neck and expanded somewhat similar style.

During all the medication we had seen some improvements, but as soon as we stopped the medicine it used to come back again.

Later it started spreading to buttox, front side, legs, on the face, in the inner ear.. etc. My dad saw a skin specialist who gave powerfull medicines for 3 weeks and all sings fully faded from the body and felt happy.

After two days of stopping the medicine, it started appearing a very small patches. So I bought the same course of medicines from pharmacy and had by both dad and mum and again cleared it from the body.

But in another 2 days of stopping the medicine again appeared and gettinh fed up we waited for a month of so hoping it will go away. But by the time it has become somewhat serious and approached same Ayurvedic Doctors who gave all three of us strong Ayurvedic Herbal packets frest cut and Mummy and me are having it for the past 12 days and need to continue for another 12 days.No fish/non-veg.

While we are hoping to get rid of it with the latest Ayurvedic prescription ( we started having a lot of relief - and no more spreading ). Some doctors say that is due to some micro virus or so.

This is for your full understanding of the epedemic we all are cotracted. If the problem with you is severe, so PLEASE HELP....

Hello,
Such a contagious disease which can affect all household members can be a fungal infection or scabies. You should get a KOH examination of the skin scrapings and fungal culture or skin biopsy done to confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
