Please Help!! Yellowish circular patch on my right cheek?

I have this yellowish/whitish circular patch the side of my fingernail on my right cheek., it is noticeable under the right lighting. I've had it for about 2 weeks and I've been having stomach problems too.

The patch doesn't become red like my surround skin when I rub it. I do not know it is or what is causing this? Does anyone have any advice what this might be or things to eat or apply to my cheek that can make it disappear?

You have not mentioned your age but it can be due to pityriasis alba or pityriasis versicolor. Pityriasis versicolor is caused by an overgrowth of a yeast fungus and is found mainly on sun exposed areas. Pityriasis alba is a common hypopigmented dermatitis. Severe cases may benefit by Psoralen plus ultraviolet light A photochemotherapy (PUVA).

if it becomes completely white then vitiligo needs to be ruled out. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
