Please Help

Before I get started I was told to try and post this in this section of the website. They told me in the other section that It isn t STD related I'm jsut wondering if you guys may have any ideas. They told me they thing it could be some kind of fungal infection or maybe it could be an allergic reaction.

Hello I'm 21 and havent been sexually active in about 9 months recently I noticed  my penis shaft and testicles to feel what I would say hot(I noticed it for a couple of days but today seems a lot better). I have never had sex without using a condom and haven't had any sexual contact in 9 months so I'm trying to rule out any STD's. I have mad an appointment with my doctor for next week for a couple other reasons as well but I just want see what you have to say about this. I have checked my penis and there are no signs of sores or any discharge, how ever there are these pink lines on the bottom that resemble scratches but they aren't scabbed up or anything. I have also been using skin moisturiser and it seems to have been helping. Any ideas on what this could be?

Hopefully just A rash bro, Doesn't soud like an std. Do you wear tight clothing for long periods of time?....

Usually when people wear uniforms for a long period depending on the sweat they get rashes, but could be fungal. But most defenitly no std's

Well I do wear under armour boxer/briefs when working out and running to prevent injury. Maybe it has something to do with that.
