Please Help!!!!

All over my face @ different times, I get these “reactions”.   Most of the time, it happens on my cheeks, chin, around mouth and nose.  All of a sudden, I feel this EXTREME itchiness in a certain area on my face.  It feels like a mosquito bite that has been scratched and now itches like crazy.  Once I look @ it, it looks like a mosquito bite-raised, smooth bump.  Once the bump flattens, either by medicine or by ignoring the itch-which is very hard, it looks like a really small whitehead.  I never know when this will occur.   I’ve been diagnosed w/ eczema, seborrhic dermatitis, all combined w/ acne, and now just acne.
I was using Lidex combined w/ Klaron and Differin, but my new derm says no more for the Lidex.  She put me on something milder along w/ the Klaron, Differin, and oral antibiotics.  Now my face is “reacting” like crazy in some areas and drying up in others.  I’m not sure of any of my diagnosis.  PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I'm afraid I can't add much to what your dermatologist has already done and, presumably, said.  There are no diseases with which I am familiar which cause itchiness of the kind and intensity you describe.  In particular, allergic reactions don't do this kind of thing.  My advice would be to apply a topical anesthetic (Sarna, Prax, Benadryl) liberally and often on the areas when they itch, so you'll be better able to leave them alone.  Sorry I can't be more specific.

Best.
