This does not appear like herpetic lesions to me. Herpes appears as clustered vesicles that may rest on a reddish background. The vesicles usually cluster together and they may be burning and tingling. In the images, they do not seem to appear this way. The bumps appeared to be skin colored. One differential here is a wart. Warts may appear to be raised, skin colored bumps. Have you been exposed to anyone with this skin condition?
Pityriasis is still a differential here. I suggest that you have this assessed by your dermatologist. At this point, I do not think this is herpetic in nature.
