Please help me diagnose this

Since birth, I had a birthmark on the sole of my left foot. Since then (I am 17 now) I recently found out that there's a new birthmark a few centimeters away from there. I'm sure it's not dirt, and it's less than 1 mm in diameter and quite oblong shaped (the black spot is inserted in one of the deeper lines in your sole)

Also, I recently also got a black spot on my middle finger, which is also less than a millimeter long (kinda like getting dripped with a little ballpen ink)

I'm getting worried. How do I get rid of these?

From the symptoms it can be small moles or nevi. Please keep an eye on it. If you notice changes in the mole's/mark’s color, height, size or shape, you should have a dermatologist evaluate it. You also should have it checked if it bleeds, oozes, itches, appear scaly, or become tender or painful. Otherwise it should be left as such.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
