Please help me figure this out

4610931?1246333579
I have this on my toes and I haven't been able to figure this out for the 4 year. I have seen 3 dermatologist, foot doctor, internal medical doctor and general doctors. But no one seems to figure out what this is. I did a biopsy and results came back as "similar to wart". No bone infection, did the MRI and bone scan. There are no infections to the bone.

I have taken anti biotic, done the freeze etc but nothing seems to get rid of this problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
