Please help me! (red spots on skin)

I am a 23 yr old male and I am having problems with my skin. I have no insurance so can't go see anyone without having to spend a lot of money.

I have red dots all over my body that itch sometimes and don't itch other times. They are all very small dots and they are not raised from the skin at all. there are a lot of the dots on my stomach and chest. They are also on my legs, feet, and arms. My hands are the worst and they itch the most. I have a picture, my camera is very low quality so I hope someone can help me out!

This is totally tearing my life apart can someone please help? I have looked up all skin conditions and I can't find one that looks like mine.

From the symptoms it can be allergies, viral infections, heat rash or scabies. Scabies is an infestation of the skin with the Sarcoptes scabiei mite. It is characterized by intense itching, usually at night and by small insect-type bites lesions on the skin. Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs.

I suggest you to get an examination done from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis. i have the same thing and the doc prescriped for me treatment for fungus infection nizoral tablets and and shampoo and lotriderm plz apdate me did u know the reason u have this rash/??
