Please help me.. redness ance-like thingy, in my cheeks (probably sensitive skin)

everyone please help me if you got a solution for me..
i used Himalaya Neem Pack and i use it twice a week...perhaps it is too strong for my cheeks (combination skin) and acne-like redness appears! all over my cheeks! that's terrible...
now i stopped all cosmetics usage (including cleansers), just splash water...What else can I do?
and here is my picture taken by my cheap webcam (it does not clear but at least u know how is my condition):

I can not seem to access the URL you have attached here. Nevertheless, this sounds like a case of contact or allergic dermatitis. If the rash persists, you may need oral antihistamines and topical corticosteroids for this. It is necessary however to consult your dermatologist about this prior to intake of any medications. Oral antihistamines do have their side effects. I would suggest that you don not take anything until a complete physical examination is made.

Avoid applying the product on your face again. Keep your face clean and use only a mild cleanser when washing. I would recommend Cetaphil facial cleanser.
