Please help

I have been suffering from skin itching near and on my penis...I used to rub it to get rid of itchiness.Also my skin has patches near and on my penis and it also gets out when i rub ..also some type of liquid used to come after i rub and then it usualy gets dry after sometimes....but from 2-3 days it's itching too much and i rubbed it a lot( i couldn't control it) now the liquid that used to get dry is now not drying and is still coming out of my skin (near and on penis)...its coming out contnuosly.....plz help

I have been to a dermatologist and shown him the problem,he gave some medicines which are(Stemin forte,Tzine-10,gemlac,oltrex 20,symin,a cream(betaderm-g).

Hello,
From the symptoms it looks like intertrigo and fungal infection of the penis. Intertrigo most commonly occurs due to bacterial, viral or fungal infection. An intertrigo usually appears red and raw-looking, and may also itch, ooze, and be sore.

Please keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical zinc oxide cream like Sudocrem,  Desitin are very helpful(apply with a paper towel and not directly with hands).Application of mild steroid cream like dermacort also helps. For the itching please take some over the counter antihistaminic like Benadryl or Claritin.In case the symptoms persist then antifungals may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.
